Absence
Implements an ‘Absence’ counter with the ‘balance due’ in each Employee Time-Sheet. For example, remaining vacation days in the current year can be displayed.
Break Deduction
Automatically deducts rest breaks from clocked hours, depending on the duration of work or the time of day. ID-Badges do not have to be swiped into the Time Clock recorder for this deduction. Rest break duration and work duration, or time of day, is set by the system user.
Flexitime, also known as Flexible Working
Flexitime is calculated based on standard weekly work hours set by the application user. The results show the balance of Debit or Credit Hours. Employees can have weekly work hours set according to individual needs.
Holiday Hours
Calculates hours worked on a specific Holiday, such as New Year's Day. Can alternatively accrue for Time Off In Lieu calculation, if preferred.
Night Hours
Calculates all the time duration that occurs during Midnight Crossover, for example 22:00 to 06:00. Used if different pay rates are applied for night shifts.
Overtime
Overtime hours on a daily or weekly basis are calculated. For example, calculate overtime in excess of 40 hours per week.
Rounded Hours
Applies specific rounding rules (typically 15 minutes up & down) to Time Sheet clocked time stamps. Time is usually deducted for late arrival or early departure.
Shift Auto-recognition
Creates a programme of rotating shifts on each Time-Sheet, with or without automatic shift detection.
Site/Cost centre
Totalise time spent on various tasks, such as shipping orders, projects, production, repair orders, etc.
Rest Break
Measures up to 10 rest breaks per day, per employee, and can deduct the total 'rest breaks' from the Time-Sheet clocked hours, if desired. Useful for measuring smoke breaks or frequent rest breaks and can indicate when employees are taking very long breaks.
Sunday Hours
Calculates any hours worked on Sundays, or any other designated days if formulae are adapted. Useful if uplifted or bonus pay rates are required for the specified days.
