TIMY-Clock Time Attendance Operation

1.

"Wake up" the TIMY-Clock Recorder by pressing the only button on the Reader.

Current time is displayed, TIMY-Clock is ready for an ID-Badge.
2.

An ID-Badge is swiped and its unique number, date & time are recorded in electronic memory.

The Time Recorder goes to sleep again, until the red button is pressed.
3.

Clocking-in data is quickly copied from the TIMY-Clock to the USB Memory Key.

Data can be copied whenever desired - daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
4.

The USB Key connects to a PC running the TIMY-Soft Application and creates Time Sheets and Reports in Excel^®.

Data can also be sent by e-mail from remote sites.
